FICUS is a genus of about 800 species of trees, shrubs, vines and epiphytes of the
family of Moraceae. Collectively known as figs, they are native throughout the tropics with
a few species extending into the warm temperate zone. Common fig (Ficus carica) is a large
deciduous shrub or small tree, native to southwest Asia, after grown in Iran, Maditerranian
region, Australia, Chile, South Africa, California, south Spain... The edible figs is one of the
first plants that been cultivated by humans. Nine sub fossil figs a parthenocarpic type were
