When G-primary matter prevails, optimal conditions for hypertrophied overde-
velopment of the second and incomplete third human bodies appear. This shows up in
the strengthening of low properties and qualities in human beings. This results in the
appearance of an evolutional warp, especially in the initial stages of evolutional de-
velopment of both an individual and a civilization.
